I was wondering if those little things would work, or at least help.

So has anyone else tried them, if so what were the results?

Failing that I guess i'll have to get used to having the windows slightly open

Over night camping, storage I don't have a problem as I leave the windows slight open anyway, but when camping its like a river running down the windows.

I guess the moisture traps arn't going to be man enough to cope while its beeing used for camping

we use two of those dehumidifier traps in our van. They must help to a degree. None of the cushions are damp and the windows are clear on the inside all the time it is stood.
QD sell them cheap. B&Q sell similar things to. When the crystals dissapear after a few weeks just replace.

As a side point. when camping we use a fan heater, but it is quite noisy. Do you know of a quiet one? Mark.

The best way to stop condensation is Aircon.
It dries the air.
