I'll try and get some pics tomorrow.. Not quite sure how to upload though??

It was the 90BHP (ACU, I think its called??)

Cost £500 with every single bit rqd, and stripped out ready. I heard it running before and checked out the car. A smashed VW Polo saloon with private plate and Axeminster in the boot and well polished + 1 owner!! i.e. an old guy who lived his Polo owned it!!

Parts included/needed:TDI parts to go with engine

· ECU
· Wiring loom to fuse box,
· OBD diagnostic socket with all wiring
· Immobiliser with wiring, pick up ring and key
· engine and all ancillaries,
· Intercooler and piping
· Air flow/mass meter
· clutch n brake switches
· Throttle pot (which is on the pedal box)
· Boost control valve/unit
· EGR control valve/solenoid
· Exhaust down pipe (or at least 6inches of it from the turbo)

I'm sure some of you teccys will tell me this and that but, Im chuffed to b its with it and with the budget I had, glad I went down the TDI road and not the GTI or AAZ in the end.

I have an AAZ and a MTDi, very different engines, AAZ has more potential in a t25 due to decent rev range. Both of my engines have minor tweaks but the AAZ has alot more power at all revs and will always be my favorite.
