aldi arc welder gd enuff for small repairs?

mig welders are for girls! Good ole mans welder, ARC, if your any good you can weld bean cans with it........

i learnt to weld with gas, then ARC, but them bliddy migs are all spiders legs. hehehehe

I am very good with mig and arc and ok at gas but i would always choose mig.
