Which flywheel and clutch set up have you got ?
From memory the original 1Z flywheel has a large bulge of balance weight on the back of it, which if not milled off and flywheel rebalanced meant the original "pooh" plate couldn't be used;  a wbx friction plate was used instead of the original one as the splines match, not ideal and can lead to rattly 1st reverse synchroniser noticeable at idle as damping springs don't match the engine and often fail.
The Brickwerks plate might work, worth asking; also worth doing flywheel seal obviously, last time I needed one for a customer I got it from Ebay as Brickwerks were out of stock.

If you have the original T25 flywheel with 215mm clutch then the original "pooh" plate works

Spigot bearing is standard diesel one

I would be replacing the clutch forks and bushes if it were mine, fitting the timing hole cover and cap and probably fitting a new genuine guide tube (INA 016 141 181 available Vantopia for not silly money) and a new release bearing and ensure that there is only lube where needed, the guide tube does not want greasing, only the points where the release bearing and the forks meet
