Hi,

back after a winter hibernating! We just bought a huge peice of offcut carpet. Then just cut to size. When its scabby chuck it out and cut some more. hey presto you can change the colour anytime you like.

Hi

I haven't fitted it yet, but i've just invested £12.38 on budget cord carpet for our camper, that got me 4m x 1.3m the plan is to fit it all really well every where but the main floor, which can be left loose to facilitate shaking or replacing, another £12.38 may cover the main floor 3 times!

I must add, this was not a remnant, but fresh off the roll at the carpet shop.

Did think about laminate, I fit it for a living..... then thought again!

Does anyone know roughly how much laminate flooring is needed to floor out the usable bit of floor.... only I was given 1 full pack of B&Q type laminate flooring and wonder if it would be enough?
