Fair do's. I'm just a bit of an optimist & thought they should bleed it properly first. He said the radiator was hissing when the top bolt was undone so obviously full of air. This could easily account for the overheat/not hot air in the blower problem. Just didn't want them to panic into thinking their engine was shot - which it may well be. First thing they should do is to find a mechanic who knows these vans, otherwise they'll be forking out on all sorts of stuff.
