Sorry if there has been any mis understang Mrhutch you suggested it might be a lucas pump... I have checked it and it isnt.
I am going to go with trying to find the pulley I need over the next week then if I cant find one I will have a go at torquing the old one up and see how it feels. If I am not confident its coming off and my old pump and pullies are going to be put on the new engine.

All sorted now found a replacement pulley... By the power of Facebook! :ok
