AAZ rev's don't always drop when I take foot off gas

van goes fast until gearbox runs out at about 55 (original gearbox to go with 1.6 n/a) but no black smoke...

I've got several probs to sort out with poorly installed AAZ, but revs not dropping is annoying me.

Engine has been installed using AAZ manifold and 1.6 n/a sump, so I know I need to swap this for the equivalent parts off a JX. sump needs to come off anyhow as it is badly fitted.

Air filter has been replaced with a K+N thing which is doing much hissing - so I know I need to get shot of this and install JX air filter too.

Was kinda hoping to sort some things whilst trying to source JX bits.
