yes as in the plastic pipe, they also had the cvboot guards at the front, i´ve only seen them so far on the newer models with the cast arms

Both mine have the pipe..but none of the other stuff, don't think cv protectors were fitted anyway but could of rotted off by now of course!, both uk spec though.

Yes, it was, along with mudflaps.
The requirement for both went away because of EU regulations in the mid-90s if I remember correctly.

Mine had only one mud flap left by the time it got to me :lol: Its getting nice plastic wheel arches next 8) and a generous dollop of love :mrgreen:

Well, the mudflaps also are standard on the Austrian one. The requirement for headlight washers was new to me, though. Denmark never had that requirement. At least not that I can remember.

It's interesting though, how the specs can vary so much from one country to the other. Especially the rough road package should make the swedish Syncros really interesting for uprating them to 16" spec, as they have most of the not so easy retrofittable things.

Mine has the light washers although when I took the front panel off they weren't actually connected!

will check out the rear bits when I have time to take off the rear interior panels
Mine has the protection pipe for the gear linkage and also came with mudflaps, an engine heater, heated drivers seat and also automatic driving lights which I think were swedish spec
