What a bunch of muppets! The courier company attempted delivery today and because Pete didn't have ID in wallet and my ID refused delivery. What the blithering heck! Muppets. Now either take a day off of work as they are clearly incompetent and cannot decide on any time or get them delivered to work except - I am in lessons all day. So what do I say to my principal - sorry, receptionist needs to prove ID and show my proof of ID so I can get my tickets

Quote: "For security reasons our delivery agent will ask for proof of your identity at the time of redelivery. ANOTHER person may sign for your delivery but they must be able to show proof of both YOUR identity AND THEIR identity."

Flipping passport agency doesn't demand that sort of security so why the F does CJ need to have so much security or are they expecting such a black market in their very expensive tickets
It's all the little moments in life that make it a big adventure.

As it happens DX is the same company the passport agency uses to send passports out.
It's a fairly painless process to arrange another delivery, and to a different address if needs be using the details on the card.
Saying I found my tickets on top if the waste oil burner at work!
Bless them.
