You shouldn't have any problem with vibrations - the exhaust is mounted to the engine and should vibrate at the same frequency.

That's what my garage said too...essentially the exhaust is all bolted together with the engine now, so yes, it should all wobble in unison.
Not an easy fix, this one, but at least we got a work-round in the end.
If I ever need to replace the engine I'll be going back to a JX!
