Sorry but that battery has been destroyed.
Once it goes past 10.5V the damage is terminal.

Starter batteries do not like being fully discharged AT ALL and it doing so has condemned it. The plates have warped and dissolved beyond it's ability to recover.

.. it's shagged :D

^^^^ Sad but true.

0.09 amps draw is actually very low (read = good) so no worries there.
Got a new van, but it's a 165bhp T4 [shock horror] Accurate LPG Station map here

I think they had the same problem on Apollo 13
