Well i think once you sort out the leak your clutch will work again
the word 'pissing' is safe

Here are two. A cheap version and a more expensive OEM one (Original Equipment Manufacturer who supplied VW).

clutch slave cyclinder or pipe that goes into it(this is on the top left hand side of gearbox)

Fluid leak at the back is most likely the clutch slave cylinder.
