the only rack i could find that holds four bikes was one that clamps to the towball, even then i have to leave the bike nearest the back of the van off as it hits the spare tyre (it will fit on but its a bitch to get on)

This one can be made carry four bikes with a little modification and will miss the spare wheel with another little modification!

I have a maxxraxx, takes 4 bikes and you can still use the tow ball. its the 4x4 version to allow for rear spare wheel. see maxxraxx website. I got mine from ebay 4 years ago and is no trouble in use.
