sent the camera down the void and snapped these pics of the rust - same as Als - its making its way down from the area in the previous pic, I'm thinking the rust starts here externally as there seems to be several panels folded here - the seam sealant gives out in comes the moisture and gravity and atmosphere do the rest - all aided and abetted by a lack of gear sprayed in this area at factory. What to do about it tho. Its made its way down to the step in the bodywork about level with the top of the filler cap

Really doesn't look toooo bad from here..

A 360 nozzle on a can of RC900 or even the internal sill products from same outfit ?

I'll be putting some photos up later along the same lines... :wink:
