Its booked in oop t'farm next week to be painted, same colour (match the trailer still) all the interior is coming out tommorow morning, then last bits of welding on friday morning, saturday clutch change sunday any last bits bits out the interior, swap cab doors for my others theb ready for paiting!!

,Ot much to do then, oh and still at work 9 hours aday rest of week and start at 6pm sunday on nights!

hi, if you don't mind me asking, where did you get the gas locker from? i'm about to tackle the gas part of my homebrew camper conversion and can't seem to find a suitable locker at a suitable price. by the way your interior is looking great! cheers ben

And there it was gone! All took out again, last few bits of welding in the morning then clutch Saturday paint Monday :ok :ok :ok

Made it myself chap, not hard or you have steel and a mig welder :shock:

Cheers for the quick reply, although not what I wanted to hear! I'm really after an off-the-shelf solution, to make sure it is all gas tight etc, I'll keep looking!

Hi, what are you using in the way of wood to make the interior, as I'm going to be tackling the interior in mine soon?

It's all pine and ply wood either 6mm or 12mm, tho worktop is 28mm house one that's been very well sealed up!

Thanks for that, I don't suppose that you have plans for what you built as it looks really good, just what I'd like to build? Or failing that some more pictures from other angles?

Last few bits of rust treatment and welding done,

Sliding door rust dug out want bad at all so vactan'd and it be reet!

Passenger door want bad at all I thought was much worse! so treated and be ok (will be a very good door up for sale!)

New seal track fitted, the seal was stuck on be me ages ago!

Well after the complete a*** of a day yesterday, removed the gearbox to discover its had it :shock: But oh well vans stripped of all lights and most exterior trim, doors stripped of all there bits, ready to now go on a trailer tomorrow to be sprayed! getting a special rebuilt gearbox on thursday/friday!

The plan now is once psrayed and trailer back to here, fit new box then all interior etc, get it completly ready then MoT and hopefully be at Bus stoppover, if everything goes to plan now!
