Just booked a week at Eskdale Campsite near Boot in June. Last minute change of heart from the Peaks on the recommendation of a friend.
3 pubs nearby which welcome dogs so we can walk Alfie's legs off during the day & he can sleep by our feet in the pub whilst we rehydrate by night!
Pretty excited so thought I'd share it with you all...........

Make sure you visit the water falls while you're there & a stroll downstream on the riverbank to the little road bridge is well worth the effort, very picturesque especially when the sun is shining.
