Hi Homer and welcome to the forum. Have a search for "buzzer of doom" and also similar. Gets mentioned regularly, and there is plenty of info on what causes it to do it. :)

Also see the Wiki (button at top of page looks like a hammer) for plenty of good technical info etc.
Keep it real.

I would eliminate any electrical possibility first, check out as much of the circuit as you can

how was the oil pressure checked?

All DOPWS system have, one for low and one for high rpm/press

Checking it without giving you the presures at both rpms (<1000 and >2000) when the oil is at 80C (I think) is really not right, just a nod is not what you are paying for - it could mean anything, including they haven't a clue what it should be , nor how it should be tested.
Ask for the mechanics test sheet

Seems to me, it is i most likely a dashboard wiring or earthing problem..

if its oil pressure itself, it is most likely to come on:

when hot, or very hot
when/after cornenering, maybe hill-climbing + corner,
when slowing through 200o rpm usually coming up to a roundabout, or on roundabout

That's why I was suggesting it is not an oil pressure problem per se, and that you should suspect the wiring!

Has dampness got into the cab over the winter?
Has the instrument pod been off lately?
etc?

Only if one (or other, high or low) goes off regularly under set conditions would I suspect the senders themselves, but you never know.
There are quite a few senders too, itemised in the Wiki by pressure, normal vehcile fitment and colour code and part number:-
