Re: t4 wheels on t3 syncro
Lee, T4 steels need the centres opening up to 66mm minimum as per everything else. Barely worth the effort?
I went for early Vito 15" with ET60 ,centre bore is ~67mm but with a 30mm bolt-on "hubcentric" type spacer (made them myself)
The minute they're back from the plating works they're on and pics will be up!

Re: t4 wheels on t3 syncro
he`s got 215/75`s to go on them so at et55 i think they may not work without spacers. may have to fit a tyre on one of the rims and see.
cheers for the input guys.

Re: t4 wheels on t3 syncro
Yea thats what im running, no need for spacers front or back.
Ofcourse you could if you wanted to bring the wheel out a bit which would help offroad.

Re: t4 wheels on t3 syncro
Centres are okay I think.
You don't need the massive centrebore on a syncro, they are much more "normal"
I have it written down somewhere.
T4 rims with 20mm spacers should be good.
Don't forget Sharan wheels also.
As with most normal VW's, centrebore is 57.1mm

Re: t4 wheels on t3 syncro
I have tried these, ET 55 off a T4 syncro, the centre bore is too small for the T3syncro, though i expect they will fit with a spacer as it carries the wheel away from the collar on the front hub.
speaking of which, I was thinking of taking off the front hub and macheing this off,or down to 56mm flush with the front disc, giving me a much wider choice of wheels to fit, vw, audi ect. I asume this would be alright, as the rear wheels dont centre on anything, relying on the studs
Anyone else tried this?

Re: t4 wheels on t3 syncro
Sounds like a good idea to me. Can't see any reason why not.
