Utterly fantastic couple if days! The playground was indeed a learning experience for me! But really enjoyed it. Drive out yesterday was lovely through cheddar gorge and down to Bream sands. Decided to come home last night and beat the bsnk holiday traffic. Off out yo purchase a cf card reader to upload the many images from the dslr....lol x

What a great weekend, really enjoyed, great company and a great play site.

Yes. :oops:

Very slowly the brakes were pulling really hard to the left, so didn't go over 55mph with plenty of gap to car in front.

Great weekend! Many thanks to Clive, Jenny, Patrick, Rich, and everyone else who helped organise the event. We had a great time.

A huge thank you to Patrick, Richard, Clive and Jenny
an absolute blast of a weekend, my little Iltis played very happily with the big boys doing what she was meant to do .Every thing she was asked to do she did so thanks guys for her first real test for many years. i am sure Ermie will post some pics later.

camo sinka, is that the one CJ had about 5 years ago?

had the rear lower corners cut off years back, think it was white originally and was a tree surgeon/carpenter type fella IIRC .

Brilliant weekend! Thank you so much to all the organisers! Really enjoyed ourselves as usual, I enjoyed myself a little too much on Sunday night, oops. The green laning today was awesome! As usual cant wait for the next one. Photos to follow... :ok

Hi Elvis...camo sinka is mine....I bought it a couple of years ago from Kev in Surrey. He hadn't had it long. ..got a good deal on a doka...apparently he got it up north somewhere I think. But yeah...has had corners cut and is white inside! Was CJ's, eh? Pics uploading to pc...

Thanks to everyone for making us newbies more than welcome, all advice from a driving and technical perspective greatly received. Hopefully catch up again soon, this time with working diff locks and bash plates. Will add a few pics next.

We past you guys coming up through Cheddar Gorge, we were in our beige Westy heading down to Brean beech yesterday afternoon, looked like some pretty awesome Syncros amongst you!!! would have loved to have found this thread earlier and come along to watch you all playing in the mud whilst i sit in my 2wd drinking tea and feeling left out!! :)

i think the time will come but still enjoying our westy for now, only had him since august last year but my eyes always on the look!!! i do love to play in mud!! :ok
