Delivery mileage! Jake was talking about getting a Doka for the family once settled in Canada...not this one I guess :lol:

Beauty, I've heard about this one in the past, finally made it's way into the market..

For comparison, here's how it would have looked like if it had spent 300 000km on swedish salty roads :lol:

What a story!!

I'm surprised VW have not got a hold of this for their museum?? As much as I think it would be great to see it used, it's so original i'm not convinced I could take it off-road!

There is only one place for that and its in Germany particularly at that price! For that money you could get something decent!!

Just what I would do.
Like everyone else when I first read about this van I thought yes if I had the money I would buy it, but having thought about it for a bit I started getting picky, it's only got rear diff lock and with such little use I would imagine nearly all the engine and gearbox seal will be knackard, and no-doubt will need replacing.

I think it's such a shame to see any car / van this old with such low mileage, if it was mine I'd be all for keeping it low mileage and in mint condition but would still use it, if I win the lotto this weekend I know it would be clocking up the miles soon :ok
