Mmm. It’s on the steering column (87 1.6TD JX).
It’s not connected to anything.
It’s a mystery.

Is it me or does is say ‘Horny‘ above it.
Possibly for air horns or maybe the release of some form of pheromone spray into the cabin.

^^^^WHS - I can read horn in one pen with an added y in black, presumably someone did a quick fix for a non- working horn push for the MoT test and later fixed the problem.
