Re: My Bus Project (Disaster)
The rear arch tub was rotten so fitted a short rear arch, in future I plan on a large rear wing to fit as I'm not happy with my metal/filler job.

Re: My Bus Project (Disaster)
I wish I had found this site when I bought the van. There's been some hurdles that I've had to over come using my own basic knowledge. There's some very helpful and encouraging people on here.
Whilst I removed the rear panel I also changed the timing, water and alternator belts as I had more room.
I have just ordered some vatcan so Ill be making sure all rust has gone before I rustolem her. She's looking in a very worse for wear state at the moment.
In this picture you can see I have removed the side window, and welded a panel back in, because it had rotted all around and I don't see the point of having a window that's behind a cupboard.

I'm not sure, I have seen a couple around like it. The camper conversion was by EMC (so I'm told) and they made their own mounds so the grill could be one of theirs, I have looked for I'd marks but there is none.

Looking good there Cyrus! That rear panel is right pain to do, those welds under the boot floor are a nightmare to get to aren't they. Keep up the good work
