Hi,
I am replacing the radius rod bushes at the moment and after removing the rods, I have a lot of corrosion where the bushes/rod insert into the front chassis member.
I am confident of repairing the member, but I am unsure of what size hole would have been in the bracket as it is badly corroded and misshapen.
I know the bush sleeve is 24mm OD, but how much clearance around the bush is required?
Any help is much appreciated.
Thank you
Paul
