Hi
Noticed a leak from the pipe that goes from the water pump, under the crank pulley and to the r/h head.
Seems to have rusted out on the solid pipe from the head to the flexible hose..
Presume the flex hose is there so you can change the pipe without removing the pulley..?
Anyone done this job before?? Any pointers..?

Just doing this at the moment - if its just the one from the head then straight forward, just 2 nuts on studs. Replacement available on Brickwerks, Stainless Steel. The rubber pipe joins this right angled one from the head to the one that sits behind the crank pulley from the water pump. You'll probably need a new stainless clip as I guess the old one will be screwed.

Sounds too straightforward to be true

The one behind the crank pulley is a different matter - at least mine was!
Will be putting the new one on tomorrow so can take pics etc if you want. I also have all the links for nuts/washers/gaskets etc from Brickwerks if you need

I could make it go horribly wrong without trying - rounded nuts, knacker a thread, break a stud - I leave it to others to fix my van these days
