Update: Ok so found a way to make it stick .... view ..... zoom .... text only ..... ctrl++ and it will enlarge and not change back .....

Yes, you too can set your display format to x minutes ago /Y: M: D: hr:min for posts and last post in a topic thread

so up to about an hour old you'll see Posted 12 minutes ago for post and topic thread dates, then reverting after that to your normal selected date format

Quite a nice feature... go to your User Control Panel (UCP), Board Prefs, My Timezone drop down and pick the one you want.

It may take a short while to kick in, but you can then see at a glance how recent a posting was
