South African Big Brake Kit

Post by syncropaddy »

Has anyone here fitted a South African Big Brake Kit to their van?

I am in the middle of fitting one and it wont fit and it rubs of the wheels. I have both Mefro 15" and Ronal 15" but it rubs .....

Help please.

Shouldn't have to put spacers on so I took an angle grinder to the caliper and skimmed a few mm off and its fine now. Strange how it rubbed on Mefros.

Russell, did you have any difficulties bleeding the brakes?

Gave up on the SA brakes and reverted to standard with new pads. Working fine now
