try the co-op insurance, one of my sons is with them he has a 2wd t25 and has just turned 22, im pretty sure his last premium was around the £550 mark

not been able to get anything done to the syncro over the last couple of weeks, been so busy at work and it looks like it could be a couple of weeks before i get the chance to get back to it, as soon as i do i'll get some pic's up.

finally got round to getting the sandblasting done on the underside of my van, made a big difference got all the crud and rust off and i left most of the original underseal in place as it was still in good condition, here's a couple of pic's, http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c273/unit23skatepark/DS...

dont know about it being cheap to get the powdercoating done, it's cost me over £600 so far, but the finish is awesome, got all new mounting rubbers for the front diff and the gearbox, just need to get the underside of the van cleaned up and repair anything thats needed, looks like there are a coupl...

i have just done most of this to my own vehicle, i had to use the burning gear to heat most of the bushes to get them out, and had to give the bottom ball joints a good heating to get them out, we have a garage next door who have got a big press but it was a lot of effort to get it to hold things so...

i fitted a refurbed one to my sons van last year got it from gsf i think, it was the 90amp version cant remember exactly how much £70-£80 maybe and it came with a brand new pulley already attached, as i had taken the pulley off the old unit ready to fit to the new one, just buzzed it off with an air...

i have a pretty extensive tool kit and i will have them off some time tomorrow, just need to pick up some metal blade's for my power hacksaw. if i run into a serious problem then i will be on the phone, cheers andy

hi andy im not skating or riding the now i managed to break some ribs while i was out in france snowboarding nearly all fixed but dont want to push it, anyway here's an update, got most of the part's ready to go to the powder coaters just the rear swinging arms to get off. http://i29.photobucket.com...
