Re: Welding...
So bottom of c pillar is knackered plus a hole in the sill. Have a new c pillar would it be a decent repair to square up the hole and weld a patch in? Or should I be using one of the specific repair panels?

Re: Welding...
OK thanks guys, I'll order some panels. Klokkerholm tall panel seems to be the only option at the minute... they get very mixed reviews!

Re: Welding...
Right guys, I've made a start... this is what I'm faced with so far. The arch had so much filler in it I didn't think it was going to stop but the metal underneath isn't too bad. C pillar is rotten at the sill. https://i.imgur.com/AHYIZpX.jpg https://i.imgur.com/bSOh3HV.jpg https://i.imgur.com/0tm2d...

Re: Welding...
Yea its nice, Dean is lovely too, and most importantly has a great pub! Just working on somewhere to keep her and what welder to get. If I can find a decent place to keep her inside then it can take as long as I need. I'd rather do it properly than go round in circles chasing rust! I'll post pics as...

Re: Welding...
I might just do that round the seams for now but I reckon the holes are going to need patched sooner rather than later. I think starting with the window surrounds sounds like a good idea, looks an easier starting point than the panels. I've sort of written off using it this year and just going to co...

Re: Welding...
Few more photos of the jacking point... looks like I've got a hole in the middle of it. Trailing arm bracket itself doesn't look too bad... Also some more pics of the hole behind the sliding door and the seams on the same panel... https://i.imgur.com/baFjThb.jpg https://i.imgur.com/UTexNZ9.jpg https...

Re: Welding...
Thanks again guys! Here are some of the seams. Under the fridge looks like is going too. I replaced the rear drivers side jp a couple of years ago. I'll jack the van up later today and try to get some useful pics of the jps to post. My plan wasn't to cut anything out yet but maybe use a flap disc to...

Hello guys, I'm a new member and need some help! I have a 1988 t25 autosleeper... with rust. She has holes behind the fuel filler and in front of the passenger side rear wheel arch. There is also bubbling along the seams of the rear body panels and underneath the drivers side rear window. I'm really...
