if my pedal will only go halfway down will a thinner spinner plate help?at present have a 215mm flywheel with a JK10348 and pedal will not fully depress ,it's making me depressed!!

foolishly threw away the old clutch kit so have nothing to compare-oops!!

had new clutch kit ,master and slave cylinder all installed at same time now pedal will only go halfway down ,unless bleed nipple is released then it depresses fully.cant drive her ,tried pulling clutch kit out and re installing but no joy,pulling hair out-please help
