CS 1.6D cam belt change tools?
Hi, I am looking to change the cam belt on my 1.6D CS T25. I have just watched a Utube vid which says I need a locking tool for the crank, a locating pin thingi for the injector pump and a locking device for the cam. I should think I could use a file or something for the slot on the cam but not sure...

Re: T25 CS 1.6 injector removal
Thanks for the replies.
Just bought an injector socket on eBay for £10 used once.
New ones on ebay are a bit cheaper than the link.
Difficult to measure with a tape measure.
Thanks again.

T25 CS 1.6 injector removal
Hi, got a starting problem and need to remove the injectors. Its difficult to get in with a spanner. I have measured the injectors and it seems to be about 30mm but I only have AF spanners around that size. Can anyone tell me the exact size and what type of spanner is best for the job, open end, rin...

CS1.6 T25 won't start..why?
Hi back again after over a year.
Its been getting more smokey over the last year or so and sometimes difficult to start.
Now it won't start at all, not even with easy start.
Just turns over and smokes but nothing.
Any bright ideas?
Thanks in advance ect.

Re: Replacing injector pipes on JX
I had similar prob which turned out to be the bolt holding the injector pump was loose causing vibration.

Re: Blowing injector pipes CS T25
Conclusion... There was a missing bolt which should have been holding the injector pump on at the front of the of the pump (front as in bit nearest windscreen). The pump was vibrating which caused the prob. Also I learned to bend longer pipes instead of buying new ones. With the screw positioned so ...

Re: Blowing injector pipes CS T25
I screwed it in half a turn and it now pulls well up hills and runs better at 50 mph.
Before it sounded like it was not right at over 40 mph and blew the injector pipes.
I will perhaps get the injectors serviced by a specialist or get new ones ...see what that does.
Will be back.

Re: Blowing injector pipes CS T25
I slackened the screw until it would not rev but ticked over. Obviously that was too much. I screwed it back in until I could rev it ok. Just went for a test drive (after clutch prob) and it was very poor on hills but at top speed it was much smoother, still slow but smoother. I am going to screw it...

Re: T25 CS 1600 diesel clutch pipe replacement or repair
Well...Job done... Got some 6mm pipe, fittings and a flare kit on ebay. Recommend a flare kit, really easy to do, I've never used one before. New brake pipes on the horizon. New master cylinder ...job done. To bleed I had to take the slave cylinder off because I couldn't undo the nipple with it in s...

Re: T25 CS 1600 diesel clutch pipe replacement or repair
I am trying to buy a clutch pipe from the above link (brickwerks) but I can't go through the pay process and don't know the password to my Google email to which it automatically links to email them, they don't have a phone link (I usually use a different email not linked to my phone). Is there anywh...

Re: Blowing injector pipes CS T25
I will measure its current position so I can re set it to the same setting.
I think it is what is causing the problem.
It starts to rattle at anything above 40 mph, if I go faster it blows a pipe.
I am hoping it will be smoother at over 40 mph.
I will adjust the tick over too.

Re: Blowing injector pipes CS T25
Just thought I would add to this for the benefit of those with similar problems. There is a screw on the back of the injector pump which controls pressure. If you screw it in, it increases pressure and gives more power but more black smoke and if you screw it out it it reduces pressure and reduces p...

Re: T25 CS 1600 diesel clutch pipe replacement or repair
Thanks for the replies. The link takes me to a new pipe, just over £30. I will get the pipe and fit a complete new pipe. I will wait for the master & slave cylinders. The master is leaking fluid but that might be down to the fact that the peddle is to the floor and the fluid leaked out of the pi...
