Regardless whether it is the cause or not worth swapping the fuel lines anyway (unless you have hard evidence it has been done in the last year or so). Just do a search on here as to why. It's a lot of peace of mind for not much cash. And if there is an in-line fuel filter mounted in the engine bay...

Petrol leak ? Hard to tell, could be the the gasket, loose nut that fixes it down or maybe the fuel pipe leaking and dripping down. Bung up a pic. David. thanks David, i will take a pic tomorrow. its not a big leak but certainly evidence of something. id prefer to tackle now before it gets any worse.

I have also noticed what looks like a small leak on the sides of the carburetor. Would this be through the gasket?

We've recently purchased a 1985 T25 watercooled Engine no DG130761.

Can anyone tell me which sparkplugs to use? or a site that I can find out?
