Hi Stu

Have you manually bled tappets before fitting?

I did that when I rebuilt my dg and fitted marco high lift rockers and it started and ran beautifully

ok but can see something was connected to lower left terminal and sorry its not welcome

found my unused CJH kit

looks like wire on top left should go on bottom left as no circuit on half that loop otherwise
 

I have one of the CJH Kits knocking about somewhere.
I'll see if it can find it

Mine did that and it was rotor arm blown between centre electrode and tip.
(I bought a dizzy as a spare)

That name appears on the previous keepers for my T25 ????

make accurate cardboard templates.

post them to me and ill copy them in 2mm steel at work for you.

Dichroic Halogen not LED

which explains the high leccy useage

or did i dream it ?

All i did when i fitted a 90 a was kink the original rod in vice
works perfectly

the 65a you bought must have a 90a front housing fitted as it has longer thread boss
