As the title says really. Are they basically the same with different finishes, or are the differences more specific?

Thanks for the info folks. Not particularly looking for an auto or a left hooker to be honest, although I realise there's no option on the latter if I was to go with a Westy. There's a Westy on eBay, that doesn't has a full camping interior. It has the rear storage, a rock and roll bed, pop top with bed and a fold out table. It looks to be a factory interior though as the side panels are moulded plastic. I know that modern westy's have a version without the full camping ...
