Does anybody know anyone who would be willing to remove a pop top solid side fibreglass roof in order to repair the rear tailgate roof which needs re- welding due to rust? Must be in or near north east Kent

Does anyone know what the thing is between the two switches and the fuse box for leisure equipment on a 1983 autosleeper trooper? I have been told it is a fuse but it looks more like a 12v supply to me!?
