Just done Steering Rack in Polys due to wear issues aparrently they can cause vague steering issues. Unknown if these have improved due to doing all the front end at the same ...

Mostly 3rd! flickers and stays on some times. Flickers when changing gear not long enough to put camera on.

Re: Radius Arm Chassis Repair Advice Please!!

Was going to fit poly bushes as they're in two halves. I suppose the question is, are the bolts hard to get undone. Bolts where easy enough. Fuel tank is close, but ring spanner fits ok. I considered poly bushes but a little expensive (where do you stop extra £250 for all my bushes)!! But very easy...

Re: Reverse Lights Flickering? Gearbox?

Thanks I did wonder if the plunger was the issue. Switch works when removed. If I put the aluminum washer on then it doesn't work. Tungsten bulbs. Bright enough but maybe i will change them and see if that helps. Earths are all ok (gearbox one replaced) crowns a ok. I may need to have another look a...

Re: Radius Arm Chassis Repair Advice Please!!

Did you do inner lower bushes (ie ones in centre of chassis) ? I'm planning to replace mine as one arm now rubs on chassis. Just wondering how difficult they are to do :) These: https://i.ytimg.com/vi/Zi09IU8IBok/maxresdefault.jpg" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; When I did ...

Reverse Lights Flickering? Gearbox?

Hi 1.9DG 4 Speed (box code ?) covered 180,000 miles. No 1st gear (linkage sorted) 2nd gear crunched into gear when I got her 2.5 years ago. So drained gearbox (old oil and 1.5ltr low) and refilled which sorted this. Problem: Reverse Lights work as normal, but Flicker on and off in all gears but some...

Re: Radius Arm Chassis Repair Advice Please!!

Thanks I have had a good look, luckily the other side is ok. Plan is to build up the hole with weld as others have mentioned. Hole should be 32mm for the bush by the way! Thought about adding a plate but that will increase the thickness and then would need to increase the sleeve length etc. New Radi...
