Poppy van failed her mot last Saturday on both rear wheel bearings. I stripped of hubs and ordered replacements, meyle. I fitted new bearings and refitted the hub only to find the new bearing has more play than the old worn out ones! The inner race of the outer rear bearing is slack in the rollers! ...

The interior refit had kept me so busy for the last month that I hadn't had time to do any updates. But I managed to get it finished (more or less) in time for our first trip away! Progress this week has been slow but steady me and the wife have trimmed out some of the van. I don't think it'll win any awards but looks ok to us.

I think all merlos were made by Italians on a Friday afternoon. It's a handy machine but i think the previous owner had the best out of it. I don't consider it cheating though just being resourceful.
