if it is bubble wrap, insulation properties are minimal, and it will sweat.
I tried it in a shed. disaster!

have you looked at Kombi Kampers, based in wareham ?

re-using flywheel bolts is fine.
as for replacing spigot bearing, crank seal, felt seal, why not go the whole way and chuck the lot in the bin and buy new?
you don`t need to replace everything, and 110 newtons is what I always do.
