well have sent the original broken cable to Speedy Cables , a firm recommended by JK

Have ordered 2.

Will post some pics on here when i get them back for you to look at.

Well got that cable...

It doesnt fit

Has a plastic end that is about 5 to 7cm to short !!

yes thats why Ive kind of held back buying the normal 1.6 turbo/ non turbo diesel one

when i asked the previous owner about it he said he thought he had one made up...

The end bit that fits onto the engine is metal which has a metal spring clip to keep it in place.

All the others Ive seen look plastic?

VW T25 AAZ accelerator cable.. please help !!

P;lease help..

Ok ,, have a 1985 vw T25 ,, fitted with a AAZ golf/passat diesel turbo engine.

The accelerator cable has gone.

But finding it hard to get a correct replacement.

Took the old one out think is says gemo 684 170?

Any body help me on this please

we have just bought a 1985 t25..

need panels cut out,, seems welded,,

any one recommend someone to do this in Norfolk please? :oops:
