The problem i've got is that there's actually a hole that has corroded in the burner itself (you can see it in the photo) so basically the gas just leaks, pops and blows out straight away.

I'll probably give the paint a shot but i'd need to fix the hole first.

I hadn't even considered patching it up myself. Thanks for the suggestion.

Morning campers, Has anyone ever needed to source spares for their Fellows cooker? One of my hob burners in my 1981 Devon has corroded so i'm looking at picking up some replacements.
