sorry i have another van sat in my garden i took the dash pod from this and put it on my pickup the one with the problem now the gadge gos up to the top of the first mark on the face of the gadge so i am a bit happyer with that but now the flashing light stays (even if i plug in the old dash pod) on...

ok i have some movement i fitted the clocks from my van and it now works well gos up to the top of the cold mark now i got the warning light flashing cant find the problem with that the only thing is i replaced the end of the tempture wire and it was slightly heavyerwire onlt by a few strands would ...

yes thats it i ground the wire on the head and even on the body of the sender and it gos all the way over past hot and the light flashes

tried new earth on engine and even one on the sender itself getting the hump with it now

hi my temp gadge wont work if you earth the wire the light flashes and it gos up to hot i put a new sender still nothing what is it ????

hi i just fitted a aaz to my truck just wondering is the old jx engines injetors the same as the aaz as i have a set of new ones will fit them if thay will work

hi i am no good at this forum thing i have look and i bet its hear but i cant find what i am looking for . i am looking for any tips i need to replace my 1.6 td engine with a aaz i have a engine from a jetta what parts do i need and anything to look out for thanks for your help

ok that is what i am looking for think a aaz is the way forward i dont have the time to pi$$ about as got a splitscreen and a heinkel to do as well

been offerd a yreg passat tdi told its a 130bhp its all running and complete what would i need to fit it would my turbo diesel parts off my engine work mounts ect and what wireing would i need to do ????

hi temp and diesel gadges are not working the pc bord on the dash looks in good nick and when you short out the wire on (what i think is the sender) the gadge dont move not tryed the diesel one yet anything i should look out for ? on the conector for the dash no7 i think is the wire to the gadge it ...
