Forgive me if this has been covered before. Considering the number of busses self immolating I am sure it has been.
I've looked on Wiki and searched technical but cannot find anything.
Does anyone have any information of fire suppression systems or know of anyone who specialised on installation?

JK T25 cover
I have recently bought a JK T25 cover. I am very very pleased with it. It fits well. Although the first time I tried to haul it over the top I had to get help. Now I can get it on and off on my own. In addition it has zipped panels that allow you to get in and out without removing it. Although drivi...

Re: Poor idle and loss of power
:ok The bus is fixed. Jason at Interpro, Thorbury North West of Bristol sorted it. He sorted lots of wiring and earth issues, Did the plugs/dizzy cap/power steering idle control sensor but the main thing seems to have been the idle control sensor and its wiring. The Lambda sensor has been removed pr...

Re: Poor idle and loss of power
Apparently it isn't a DJ it's an MV.
I'll try the Lambda sensor.
The T2 sensor has been changed but it was black so a black was used to replace it. I am beginning to think that it should be blue. Is this correct?

MV Fuel Injection
What colour T2 sensor is the correct one for a 2.1 MV '88. Mine is black but I think it should be blue.

Re: Poor idle and loss of power
Mine is a 2.1 digifant. The water temp sensor is black. Is this right?
Would the lambda sensor have any effect?

Poor idle and loss of power
My bus suddenly lost power and wouldn't idle. It is ok when cold but gets worse as it warms up. We have changed the checked for air leaks, Air Flow Sensor, checked the wiring, Cleaned the tank and changed the fuel filter, changed the water temp sensor, sent the ECU away for test. The ECU is ok. I am...

Re: 2.1 ptro idle
The new Temp stat didn't change anything. Checking the wiring again and Lambda sensor output next.

2.1 ptro idle
I have a 2.1 petrol. Digifant MV I guess. It has been starting ok. Idling at 800 then increasing to 12 to 1300 when warm. I tried some of the suggestions on wiki to cure this and three people have looked at it but it wasn't too much of a bother so I left it. Well now it won't idle when warm and stru...

Multivan Kitchen pods
I went to busfest. with the express intention of finding someone who could build and supply two removable pods. One with a 2 burner hob and another with a sink cold tap unit. I was disappointed how few trade stands catered for that. However the few cards and leaflets that I did get contacts for have...

Re: Spray tan
I'm really pleased with it. Three arches were quite bad and the seams were getting quite rusty. The bumper is standard on a Magnum apparently as are the alloy wheels no chrome. It was a shade under £4000 which although wasn't the cheapest quote came from the most highly recommended. How long it will...
