does anyone know exactly which sensors are required to run a basic fuel injection system??

air flow meter?

crankshaft sensor?

temperature sensor?

oxygen sensor?

and does the butterfly need a cold running device or idle control valve?

ok, so all the sites selling electronic ignition as a replacement to points are only for the t1 and t2?? where there many early t25's that had fuel injection?

sorry my bad, i believe the van im buying has carbs but until i go and get it ive no idea, however im aware that vans are great on economy and although it will be used for weekends away and not everyday use id still like to experiment with electronic ignition and fuel injection, the basics i can sou...

the van im getting is standard as far as im aware but id like to venture into the realms of fuel injection, the usual better starting, better running etc etc.

is yours a standard vw system or an aftermarket one and did you fit it yourself?
