You just need to remove the screws that hold the backing ring onto the collar then it turns just as you describe, you just have to be a little forceful when you turn it as it will have rusted into place.

Have a look at the expansion tanks under the wheel arches and their associated pipework, they may have come off as they are quite difficult to fit when puting a tank back on.

That sounds like the rear castellated nut isn't tightened up fully. I believe they are tightened up to one large bloke jumping /foot when camping in Cornwall (Cheers Steve), and don't forget to replace the split pin.

Get a sub then you can fit tiny speakers in the top of the doors to provide imaging only. You can then fit tweeters on the ends of your dash.

I've got a 2E4 Pierburg and it also stutters slightly when you go through to the accelerator pump section of travel. I can see fuel squirting through when the pump is operated manually so it's not that, I've just got used to it happening. It feels like too much fuel or the wrong mixture is being pas...

Hi Graham, Have you checked that you have a good earth on each of your components with a multimeter on Ohms setting (it should be zero), even a tiny bit of an Ohm will give you a potential difference (voltage) between the earth on the head unit and the earth on the amp. Remember that the earth on yo...

Hi John, you said you had some wiring diagrams for an autohomes Kamper, can you send them to me if I cover the postage.

You could also connect the live wires together and remove the cut end of the ignition feed from the iso plug thereby isolating it for any nasty situations.
