Did the compression test and the cylinder with the black plug on the right hand rear, next to the leaky exhaust manifold had the most pressure of all them??? So off came the fuel manifold and there it was, a valve stem was whey out of place a the whole chamber/port was full of oil!! So the heads off...

Ive sorsed a tester and will try it after work tomorrow. Thanks for your help

Yes its dripping from the tailpipe and I've since had another good look around and can see 2 more exhaust joins that are seeping oil?

Oil level is spot on, that was the first thing I checked & the respray took about 9 months longer than I was hopping!
If the rings are gummed up does that mean an engine out job?
