Hey guys,
Got a quick question re SAAB seat belts... Does anyone know if the T25 belt clips into the SAAB catch mounted on the side of the chair..? Thought I'd ask here before lugging a seat out and trying it...
Cheers, Mark.

Diesel - petrol dash clock cluster....
Hi guys, can anyone tell me if the PCB is interchangeable between diesel and petrol models..? Waiting for the elusive PCB to come up on flea-bay and there always seems to be a petrol one up for grabs but never a diesel... For the record it's a 1986 bottom-loading plug and not the side-loader that I'...

Re: Head unit to home speaker hook-up...
All is good... Got no sound, even out of some 4ohm Pioneer car speakers... Popped the head unit out and quite by chance found a short from the live line... Having repaired said short I beasted the system (and the street) with half an hour of the Sex Pistols... So far the system has performed with ze...

Re: Head unit to home speaker hook-up...
Now that makes sense... I'll plumb in some 4ohm car speakers and test the system as per your instructions... Thanks for your input guys, I'll keep you posted...

Re: Head unit to home speaker hook-up...
I believe that the unit is 4ohms and the speakers are 8ohms which shouldn't throw up too much of an issue. I have done the same thing a few years ago on an old school Mini and all was fine...

Head unit to home speaker hook-up...
Hi Guys, recently fitted a decent pioneer unit into my van and coupled it up to some nice 80's Cambridge Audio speakers that someone gave me years ago... The whole thing sounds great but after a while the sound cuts and although the CD is still playing I've got zero sound coming from the speakers......

Front seat conversion advice... XxX
Hi Guys, I'm looking to update the front seats in my van and I was wondering what people have adapted to fit into their rides...? I've done the obvious SAAB conversion in a previous project and a friend has put Alfa seats into his Bay but I was hoping that you guys could proffer some advice on what ...

Re: Westy Buddy Seat...?
Thanks for all your replies, just need to retro-fit a couple of cleats to the bulkhead... Should have said that I have an ex military 1.6D that I've converted into a camper with a 1987 Westy interior. My batt is in the back with the lump so no batt box internally hence no cleats fitted to strap it d...

Re: Golf 4 button steering wheel...
Now I did think that that would work but the wheel rim obscures the green lights quite convincingly and the diesel lump in the back end hides the feeble tick tick sound of the indicators cycling... Getting the self-cancelling function back gives me the best chance of not further confusing the alread...

Found the post describing the fix using motherboard stand-off posts to pull the stalk plate forward...
Now that is some clever shizzle...

Westy Buddy Seat...?
Hi Guys, I've fitted a full Westy interior into my van from a 1987 Hi-top and I have a large square(ish) box unit with a cushion on it left to go in... I'm guessing that this is some kind of buddy seat but I cant seem to source any kind of info or pic's to show me where she lives or how she's fitted...

Re: Seatbelt anchor points
For what its worth, my van is ex German Military Police and was laid out as a micro bus... All the points for belts were already in situ on the rear bulkhead and the rear pillars... The Bus had been converted into a radio/comms van at some point by the German Army but the belt points were just fille...

Fitting a Porsche steering wheel
Hi guys, picked up a nice "Lozenge" style Porsche wheel for my van but when I fitted it there was a gap of approx 1" between the base of the wheel and the steering column shroud... I have heard that spacers/bosses are available and I have also heard that there are large and small spli...
