Yes disconnected the relay for 2 minutes and hay presto it now works again

Driving home yesterday my indicators decided to stop working?
Just the indicator operation bulb stays on permanently on the dash?
Like this in both directions?
Ahh I thought this must be a relay issue but the hazards are working fine??

Any ideas

Have you still got the oil cooler fitted as mine is not fitted??? And pipes just caped off??

Also where does the carb pipes feed from and go to??

Yes mine has a 2 pin round black sensor on the back of the stat housing, looks like the wiring has been modified also?

Yes as I have it fitted now I am getting the readings from the pins as the picture above. So I take it this if fine and working correctly

It sounds like you have an early dash where the regulator centre pin is not connected. From your description it is working correctly the right hand pin is the output and should be between 9.5V and 10.5V.
