I've already had the lower front re-sprayed - 'base and clear' - but it seems to be chipping easily.. A small stone today (nothing of any note) and a 4mm chuck has come off?  Normal - or poor adhesion to primer?
 

Hi!  The old bus (1985) has been re-worked in the metal shop and is now ready for a full re-spray.  When seeking quotes I am getting different answers as to what is best. Obviously much of the van is going back to metal and starting from a primer. Do I push towards 2K paints or base and clear coat? ...

Can anyone describe what a worm out cap and rotor arm looks like? Or is it hard to tell good from old/worn?

Can I ask, why 24 hours upside down (rather than less), what is it that is happening?
