Really easy as you stated. Yes starter Inhibiter switch return spring had gone. Ordered new switch from Brickwerks today. Contact block still in good nick.
Reversing lights haven’t worked in ages. Strangely not an MOT fail item.

Hi anybody,
Is it easy to get to and service the reversing light switch on my 1981 T25 Automatic. I understand it’s located inside the gear selector box in the cab. Very poor illustrations in my copy of the Haynes workshop manual.

Had another more detailed look at the problem last month. (Battery is still holding it's own thankfully). It really is a problem! I guess it will be the hammer method that I'll be trying. Definitely a case of "When I nod my head hit it!"

Help, Can't free up my drivers seat to slide it forward. Lever seems to be ineffective.
