hi, thanks for the reply, but definately same size holes, the 1 i took off had 2 different sizes pump and pulley came from 1.6 non turbo van engine same as mine suppose i will have to try it in the other position :( have fitted an inline hand pump between filter and pump as someone on here suggested...

on my injector pump pulley i have 2 holes same size as the locking peg 180 degrees apart,

does the pump complete its cycle in 180 degrees? have just fitted a new pump and cant get the engine to start

seems to be a bit of a campaign going on here to stop people using studded tyres as they create more airborne particulates, at least 1 major road in stockholm has a ban on them and theres talk of more. i use non-studded on my car ( 2 year old renault) as its got ABS ESP and probably more but the van...

does the guy on Ebay still sell the ´peter russek pocket mechanic`? bought 1 last year when i was home

anybody know a website or other place? where i can type in a part number to get info on it.
also did vw start fitting longer rear studs to all t25s in the later years or just certain models?

on mine (1982 diesel) if i remove the glove box i can see all 4 wires on the left side , moved each control until 1 didnt respond- tweaked it a bit, now it goes ok

it´s a jx with just about everything still on it including clutch, gearbox and mounts.
